Born and brought up in the city of Amritsar, Punjab state, India, now residing in Canada, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has been constantly lobbying for the cause of Khalistan. 11,462 Kilometers away from India, in Canada, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, is fighting for his illusion, Khalistan, an independent Sikh nation that he dreams of forming from India. But he forgets that Canada has a greater percentage of the Sikh population (2.31%) than India’s Sikh population (1.72%) and is a suitable country for Khalistan to be carved out from it.

He has been organizing rallies against India, his native country, and Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, is acting as a silent spectator to this violent man’s actions, he runs his agenda through an organization named Sikhs for Justice (SKJ) which aims to promote violent attacks against those who doesn’t agree with their ideology. He recently threatened Hindus to leave Canada after Hardeep Singh Nijjar death.

Governments for many years in Canada, in the name of free speech, have allowed hate mongers to flourish. Justin Trudeau is leading a government that allows Criminals and Druggists. Hardeep Singh Nijjar , a designated terrorist in India, for anti-India activities associated with SKJ, was shot dead in front of Gurudwara in Canada on 18 June 2023. Days after he was killed, a banner propped up in front of Gurudwara in Canada to kill Indian diplomats. Now, if you have the audacity to attack Indian interests, fuelling sikh separatism sitting in a foreign land and expect a sweeter response from India, then it is your fault.

Great Indian freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh fought for India’s honour, but 2 Singhs – Gurupatwant Singh Pannun, and Hardeep Singh Nijjar are different.
They are not ready to work towards India’s honour- the country they were born in, but try to divide it in the name of a separate Sikh land Khalistan.
